We offer appointments in the following areas:
RSVP Required: Due to high demand, appointments are required - no walk-ins guaranteed
We strive to go above and beyond for every single client. This means making sure that each of our valued clients gets completely undivided attention. Therefore, we ask that you honor this by making an appointment so we may provide you with the best service possible.
Bring Your Knives: The person who uses the knives must be present (no drop-offs)
One of our goals is to make sure that you are having an unparalleled experience with your Cutco kitchen products. Therefore, we ask that the main user of the products be present so we can give you tips, hints, and help you get the most out of eaach and every Cutco product you own.
Professional Service: We sharpen what we can on-site and help with factory services when needed
We promise to make your cooking experience much easier and safer by getting your knives as sharp as possible. However, sometimes certain Cutco products may require additional service. If so, we provide concierge packaging and shipping to our factory in Olean, NY for a small fee.
