⏰ Punctuality Matters: We run on schedule - please arrive at your exact appointment time
We cannot guarantee your knives will be started before your appointment time. Feel free to arrive early, but expect your appointment to start at the scheduled time you selected.
📅Events Fill Fast: Book early to secure your preferred time slot
All appointments are first come, first serve.
💰 Cancellation Policy: Last-minute rescheduling or cancelling may incur a fee
We understand things happen, however, we have a waiting list and would love to offer your slot to someone else if needed.
👥 Be Present: The knife user must attend the appointment - no drop-offs allowed
Cutco and our team require the one who uses the knives to be present for the appointment.
Due to high demand, RSVP is required, and we cannot guarantee service for walk-ins.
